Elaine Hugh - Jones celebrated her 88th birthday on June 14th 2015. The majority of Elaine’s music is now available from Caradoc Press. Her settings of poems by Wilfred Owen, Songs of War and Two Celtic Songs, settings of poems by Joseph Campbell, are available from the Hildegard Publishing Company, Philapelphia, USA.

Elaine’s songs were performed at the English Song Weekend, Ludlow in June 2013 and at the Tardebigge, Celebrating English Song, recital series in 2015.

In September 2014 baritone Roderick Williams performed songs from Elaine’s Songs of War at the Holywell Music Room, Oxford. On March 9th 2015 Fiona Kimm, mezzo-soprano, performed Elaine’s Songs of War in the Crush Bar at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden.
